Four lines gets you a useful answer. A specification gets you a slower one.
Four things, in any order
- Where the text may go. Your machines only, an EU processor is fine, or you do not know yet.
- What the documents are. Contracts, patient records, tickets, code, spreadsheets — it changes which formats and which entity types matter.
- How many people, and how often. This decides tokens versus licences more than anything else.
- What has to be true for legal to sign it off. If there is a specific clause or a named auditor, say so now rather than in week three.
